Very nice job! This can be used as a video or as a video podcast. It can be replayed as necessary to help a student learn... whereas the teacher's lecture would not be able to be replayed.
I particularly liked your using the ruler as an example of a rectangle. Too often our rectangle examples all look pretty much alike (oftentimes a 3:4 ratio).
